Seeking a results-driven Data Analyst to support the transformation of complex data sets into actionable insights though business logic development, operational and exertive reporting, and visualization design. ​

The analyst will play a critical role in translating raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards across cybersecurity domains, supporting leadership, operations, and regional teams.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and cybersecurity reporting requirements into logic driven, user friendly datasets and visualization​
  • Design and maintain power BI reports and dashboards tailored to operational, executive, and regional audiences​
  • Apply data transformation techniques to develop derived metrics and KPIs from raw datasets​

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled data engineer to support the development of secure, scalable, and automated data pipelines that drive cybersecurity reporting and analytics. The roles will be responsible for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) for various structures and unstructured sources, including APIs, cloud storage, and databases into a centralized data repository for integrated reporting​

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various internal and external cybersecurity related data, tools, and systems into a centralized repository.​
  • Build integrations using REST API, SQL queries, and other connections to ingest data from both on-prem and cloud-based systems​
  • Process and normalize data sets for use in reporting dashboards and analytics use cases​
  • Configure and manage data strigae on Azure Blob and SQ Server environments​
  • Ensure high- quality, reliable, and timely data flow across the pipeline​

A skilled Application Architect with deep expertise in C# and .NET to lead the migration of .NET. Expertise in cloud oriented and cloud native architecture required plugins and supporting libraries from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and oversee the migration of C# projects to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8.

Migrate C# Projects:

  • Migrate Job Engine plugins and supporting libraries to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8 in dependency order.
  • Ensure libraries shared by other .NET Framework services target .NET Standard 2.0 for compatibility.
  • Address compatibility issues with third-party NuGet packages by upgrading versions or identifying functionally equivalent alternatives. Participate in SDLC:
  • Follow documented best practices for security, coding style guides, pull requests, documentation, etc.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to perform unit and integration testing for  migrated libraries.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
  • Experience in migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8.
  • Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and gRPC (desired).

Additional Skills:

  • Proven experience with plugin-based architectures and device polling protocols such as SNMP or WMI.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Help Desk Manager to lead our Service Desk Support system. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a help desk, ensuring high-quality technical support and customer service to clients. The Help Desk Manager will need to ensure high service levels across PC imaging, device compliance, onboarding/offboarding workflows, license management, and coordination with local and on-site support teams. The candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing usage of tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jira Service Manager, M365 to facilitate Endpoint management Deployment, Ticket Management, and Microsoft 365 onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of service desk engineers that are responding email and voice calls from clients.
  • Manage the phone system in support of the service desk engineers.
  • Lead end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management for multiple clients with client size of 500–550 users.
  • Implement and maintain Intune-based imaging and compliance frameworks.
  • Supervise onboarding and offboarding workflows ensuring >95% Day 1 Readiness SLA.
  • Oversee patching, device security policies, and endpoint compliance monitoring.

Role Overview:

The Desktop Services Engineer will support daily end-user computing operations, including PC deployments, recoveries, software installations, and peripheral support. This role ensures adherence to SLA-driven support operations, coordinates with the centralized Service Desk, and manages end-user technology needs during onboarding/offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1–3 tickets received via phone or email.
  • Execute PC imaging using Microsoft Intune and ensure readiness before Day 1.
  • Handle physical deployments, recoveries, and redeployments of laptops, PCs, and mobile devices.
  • Support local site infrastructure, including printers, docking stations, and conference equipment.
  • Participate in endpoint compliance monitoring and patch verification.
  • Reclaim and restore IT assets from offboarded users.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for break-fix repairs and warranty support.
  • Support remote desktop tools and execute approved maintenance scripts.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in desktop support or field engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and M365.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ITSM platforms.
  • Ability to support a hybrid IT environment (Windows, MDM, printers, VOIP).
